We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Coordination & Replenishment 100% (m/f/d) to complement our team and sustainably strengthen material availability for our production sites in Switzerland and France by practically connecting people, data, and suppliers.

Are you motivated to work cross-functionally and across countries to ensure material flows and manage risks early?
In this role at the headquarters in Reinach BL, you will take end-to-end responsibility for replenishment within our European supply chain. Together with your team, you will ensure optimal inventory levels, high delivery performance from our suppliers, as well as stable production processes and on-time deliveries to our customers.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:

• lead, coach, and continuously develop the Supply Chain Coordination team (9 employees).
• ensure optimal material availability for our production sites in Switzerland and France through timely and precise coordination of component deliveries.
• actively manage the delivery performance of our suppliers and drive continuous improvements in supply security.
• identify supply risks early and work closely with purchasing, suppliers, logistics service providers, and production to solve challenges.
• manage or actively support escalations in case of critical material shortages.
• lead or contribute to improvement projects in the areas of replenishment processes, digital tools, and the further development of supply chain standards and KPIs.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, engineering, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in replenishment, material planning, or operational supply chain roles.
• bring solid knowledge in inventory management and planning parameters and have experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP MM/PP, GIB is an advantage).
• work hands-on, are detail-oriented, and make well-founded decisions thanks to strong analytical skills.
• communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders – from the shop floor to suppliers.
• have proven leadership experience or clear leadership potential and know how to develop, accompany, and inspire a team.
• are resilient, proactive, and navigate confidently in a dynamic and demanding environment; you are fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
