Data Analyst - with focus on Aircraft Maintenance Data (Temporary until end of December 2026)

Your mission

• Extract and structure maintenance task list master data from OEM documentation (PDF, XML, or web portal sources) into standardized spreadsheet templates
• Collaborate closely with business and technical experts to design, test, and refine scripts and automation tools that support the data enrichment process.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve robust processes for the downstream publication of validated task list data into key internal systems.
• Proactively address challenges related to OEM documentation access by contributing to the evolution and automation of solutions for acquiring and converting OEM data from web portals into usable formats (PDF/XML).
• Ensure all extracted and published data meets defined quality, traceability, and governance standards, supporting auditability and regulatory compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with data stewards, IT, and business process owners to resolve data issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in master data management processes.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of extraction methodologies, enrichment scripts, and publication workflows to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.

Your profile

• Proficiency in data analysis and management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R). 
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI,). 
• Knowledge of master data management (MDM) systems and data governance frameworks. 
• Understanding of data quality, privacy, and compliance standards. 
• Ability to translate complex data and governance requirements into actionable business recommendations. 
• Reliable, consistent, and high-quality data supporting better strategic and operational decisions. 
• Strong data governance reducing risks related to data misuse or inaccuracies.
