What Awaits You

As a specialist, you are part of the Dunning and Debt Collection team. Together with the team, you ensure various processes of legal debt collection and thus contribute to the future of Switzerland's most personal insurance.

Your Impact with Us

You support the colleagues of the team as well as the team management with professional and organisational questions. In addition, you assist with the submission of debt enforcement, continuation, realisation, and bankruptcy requests as well as the preparation of claims submissions in bankruptcy and estate proceedings. You review and prepare legal opening requests and complex correspondence in various contexts. Furthermore, you largely assess court and authority mail independently. Daily, you provide information to policyholders, our general agencies, authorities, and courts in German and French.

Participation in process optimisations as well as support for internal training sessions complete your range of tasks.

Your Profile

• A higher education or further training, for example as a certified legal specialist HF or specialist in debt enforcement and bankruptcy, is an advantage. Alternatively, you bring solid practical experience and the willingness to develop professionally in a targeted manner.
• Proven professional experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy / legal debt collection
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory
• Affinity for legal issues, especially regarding the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and insurance contract law
• Flexibility, high sense of responsibility, strong team spirit
• Goal-oriented, conscientious, and very independent working style
• High customer and service orientation
• Networked thinking and high self-motivation
• Convincing, transparent, and appropriate communication style
• Proficient in handling IT applications
• Open to new things and willingness for personal development
• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Italian language skills are not mandatory but a plus
