Bistro Employee with Additional Duties 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:You are the heart of our bistro and petrol station. You ensure that our guests always feel welcome, the food is fresh and attractively presented, and operations run smoothly – from sales through preparation to the till. No day is the same, and you are right in the middle when it gets busy.
- You actively work in shift operations and ensure a customer-oriented approach
- You share responsibility for purchasing goods, inventory management, and pricing of items
- You support the team leader in staff scheduling and daily business organisation
- You take on various administrative tasks such as cash register reconciliations and working time controls
- You already have experience in service or sales and bring relevant expertise
- You have some leadership experience in a small team of up to 10 people
- You are familiar with monthly staff scheduling (work plans)
- You possess business-oriented thinking and acting
- You have sufficient user knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- You radiate a positive attitude to life, enjoy challenges, and have a strong willingness to perform
