- Accompanying and supporting people with disabilities
- Planning and carrying out leisure activities
- Support through individual care and nursing
- Structuring the daily routine and promoting routines
- Participation in household chores
- Promotion of independence, self-determination and participation
- Collaboration in organizational and administrative tasks
Your profile
- Secondary school diploma level A, B or interest in the shortened training
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Empathy, patience and respect
- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- Mental and physical resilience
- Sense of cleanliness and order
- Good comprehension, communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to work irregular hours
