Your area of responsibility
- Management and ordering of promotional items, materials, business cards, office materials, sales documents (brochure materials)
- Managing and ordering GA specific printed materials
- Maintaining IT applications and processing cases
- Administrative support in the non-life sector
- Coordination of collaboration between headquarters, general agency, field staff, and customers
- Receiving customer calls and customer reception at the general agency
- Supporting the field sales team in sales promotion activities
- Preparing statistics and reports
- Creating offers for private and corporate clients
- Supporting the customer advisor in all administrative and organizational matters
- Receiving customer calls and customer reception at the general agency
- Scheduling appointments for financial advisors (inbound and outbound)
- Supporting sales promotion measures including management of promotional items
- Recording and maintaining data in various Swiss Life applications
Your strengths
- Completed commercial basic training
- Completed VBV training
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance or customer service sector
- Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Numerical and organizational flair
