What you will achieve

• Responsibility for leading and coordinating a reception team of 6 employees
• Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of structural, technical and organisational fire protection
• Taking over the 24/7 security on-call duty to ensure safe operations (approx. 10 weeks per year)
• Planning, coordinating and managing projects and assignments in the logistics platform area as well as the entire operations centre
• Responsible for cost budgets, service delivery, meeting deadlines and quality
• Competent advice and support for various internal and external stakeholders
• Safety officer for occupational safety and health protection in the department

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: As an electrical technician/planner or other technical basic training
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as an electrical technician/planner, operations specialist or operations technician HF
• Committed and engaging personality with high resilience, strong social skills and team spirit
• Independent and solution-oriented working style combined with networked and cross-departmental thinking
• Several years of experience in independently leading and managing projects
• German (B1)
