WHAT YOU DO HERE IS IMPORTANT

Together with you, we are committed to ensuring that clean electricity is also safe. We are the interim storage facility for nuclear waste and a high-tech recycling company. In doing so, we carefully separate radioactive from non-radioactive waste and return 90 percent of the delivered material back into the recycling loop. The rest we securely seal for decades.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as Specialist Engineer Physical Security (a).

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of security measures in the area of physical security.
• Analysis and assessment of security risks as well as development of measures to reduce risks.
• Support and further development of the technical security infrastructure.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners, such as authorities and security service providers.
• Creation and maintenance of security concepts and documentation.
• Conducting training and awareness-raising measures for employees.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in engineering, security technology or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the field of physical security, ideally in a highly sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of security.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage.
