To strengthen our team in the Internal Sales department, we are looking – immediately or by arrangement – for a Sales Employee Internal Sales (60–80 %) for the Glattbrugg (ZH) location.
Your main tasks
• Telephone and competent advice to doctors and practice staff
• Receiving customer orders (by phone, in writing or electronically) and order entry in the ERP system
• Supporting the field sales managers
• Managing and processing emails
• Coordination and collaboration with other departments
• Various administrative tasks
Your profile
• Basic medical and/or pharmaceutical training
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Communicative, service- and customer-oriented personality
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French knowledge is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
