Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for organisational processes at multiple locations
- Ensuring efficient practice processes and uniform standards
- Development and implementation of quality and process optimisations
- Monitoring and optimisation of appointment and utilisation structures
- Professional and organisational leadership of teams at all locations
- Personnel requirements planning in coordination with management
- Conducting employee interviews
- Key figure analysis and economic management of the practices
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Preparation of billing and controlling evaluations
- Identification of optimisation potentials to increase turnover
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Central contact person (m/f/d) for medical team, employees and external partners (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), preferably with further training as a Practice Manager or Specialist in Health and Social Services or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in healthcare, ideally in the outpatient sector
- Leadership experience as well as pronounced organisational skills
- High social competence and communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
