This is the job - Your main tasks
You turn business ideas into actionable Data & AI projects. Together with departments and IT, you identify and prioritise use cases, assess their benefits and feasibility, and develop business cases, solution ideas and roadmaps.
You lead customer projects from the initial idea to effective utilisation. You manage workshops, PoCs and MVPs as well as rollout and further development. You are responsible for scope, budget, planning, quality and risks.
You connect business and technology and question technical assumptions, solution approaches and effort estimates with our architects and engineers, and jointly with the customer bring about decisions.
You lead and develop interdisciplinary teams. You create clear responsibilities, coach employees and enable teams to deliver results independently. Depending on seniority, you also take on personnel management responsibility.
You help to further develop our business. You recognise new customer needs and help shape offers and pitches.
Enjoyment of people business and convincing communication. You moderate workshops, create clarity amid differing interests and move confidently between management, departments and technical teams.
Very good German skills at least at C1 level.
This job is for you if...
Experience in leading Data & AI projects. You master agile, classical or hybrid approaches and can confidently manage teams, budgets, dependencies and demanding stakeholders.
Solid technical substance. You understand Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML and the requirements for productive enterprise solutions. You keep your knowledge up to date and can assess the benefits, maturity and limits of new technologies.
Understanding of the entire solution lifecycle. Topics such as cloud and on-prem, system integration, permissions, testing, CI/CD and operations are familiar to you. You can discuss technical decisions and production risks with architects and engineers on a sound basis.
Strength in business analysis and economic evaluation. You structure processes and requirements and assess data availability, organisational prerequisites and economic efficiency. Together with technical experts, you weigh up standard solutions and in-house developments.
As the icing on the cake you bring
Your own practical implementation experience: You have developed, deployed or operated software or AI solutions yourself in a DevOps environment.
Experience with scaling AI: You have taken solutions beyond a single MVP into further teams, business areas or processes and accompanied their introduction.
