Your tasks
- You lead your department professionally and personally
- You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and administration of our properties
- You actively participate in municipal building projects and take over their management
- You provide information on legal and general questions in the specialist area
- You lead and develop your team appreciatively
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- You prepare reports and proposals for the municipal council
- You ensure legal compliance and quality
Expectations

- Technical basic training with commercial further education
- Training and experience in property management
