This is what you will move with us

You conduct individual and group therapies for patients in geriatric and internal rehabilitation.

You support patients during the rehabilitation process and participate in the co-organisation of discharge planning.

Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and further training is part of your daily work.

You work closely interdisciplinary with other departments, physiotherapy, social counselling, nutritional therapy as well as medical and nursing staff.

You are also responsible for assessment and progress documentation as well as report writing.

You conduct self-help training, safety assessments, assistive device consultations and household training.
