In this key position, you hold the strings together behind the scenes: You negotiate skilfully and proactively, think sustainably, and ensure that our restaurants are supplied daily with top quality. With your instinct for trends and strong partnerships, you work solution-oriented and take our purchasing to the next level.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the strategic purchasing of food and non-food,
- Active supplier management and further development of the tibits procurement strategy (logistics, QM, processes)
- Preparation and creation of statistics, analyses and recommendations for action
- Raw material optimisation (quality, price, origin, market research)
- Ensuring the availability of high-quality products in the operations
- Management of own projects within the area of responsibility
- Collaboration on cross-departmental projects
- Backup for operations in case of supply bottlenecks
- Support for new openings
- Evaluation of new suppliers
Your profile:
- Completed basic training in gastronomy as well as further training in the field of supply or supply chain management
- High affinity for healthy and vegetarian food
- Solid experience in strategic purchasing of food and non-food items
- Analytical skills to derive optimisation measures
- Strong negotiation skills and a healthy assertiveness
- Structured, entrepreneurial action
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Experience in project management
- Analytical, solution-oriented and networked thinking
- Proven experience with Navision or similar ERP system
- Flawless German and French skills are an advantage
