About the job

You are responsible for and share accountability for

• Competent and service-oriented customer and guest care
• Implementation of the prescribed concept of Christen Beck AG including company regulations, hygiene rules and instructions
• Maintenance of the corporate culture
• Constructive and positive collaboration/representation of the branch management
• Implementation of sales activities
• Orders, goods storage, goods flow, cash register accounting
• Support in the training of apprentices

• You are a likeable and committed personality with assertiveness and high social and leadership competence
• You possess high resilience and flexibility
• As an experienced sales and service professional, you inspire our customers and guests
• Leadership experience is an advantage (to support the branch management)
• You are interested in further development and education
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on public holidays.
