Electrician - Maintenance (m/f/d)

Role:
As an electrician or automation technician, you are responsible for the fault rectification, maintenance and upkeep of our production facilities and infrastructure. You apply your expertise during inspections, conversions and optimisations, actively contributing to the high availability of equipment and the further development of our production.
Responsibilities:
Rapid analysis and resolution of faults in paper production and processing equipment
Carrying out maintenance and upkeep work on production equipment and infrastructure
Participation in inspections, conversions and technical optimisations
Support in the further development and improvement of production processes
Ensuring a high level of operational readiness and equipment availability
Ensuring a clear, open and solution-oriented flow of information within the team
Collaboration with various departments on technical problems and projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ or in a related technical profession according to ESTI
Installation permit according to NIV Art. 13 or Art. 15 is an advantage
Solid experience in the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment
Experience in paper production or processing is an advantage
Technical understanding as well as strong skills in fault analysis and problem solving
Willingness to collaborate across various departments
Willingness to perform on-call duty, including weekends and public holidays
