Certified Fiduciary Expert with Partner Option
Our ClientOur client is a dynamic, emerging fiduciary and consulting firm for small and medium-sized enterprises. The client portfolio is steadily growing, therefore the existing team requires another experienced, strong leadership and committed personality. The workplace is located in the Basel metropolitan area.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Comprehensive support and advice for SME clients
- Preparation and analysis of complex annual and interim financial statements according to OR
- Tax optimisation and tax returns for legal entities and individuals (including VAT)
- Independent execution of audits for SMEs, foundations and associations
- Support with company formations, restructurings, financial planning and succession arrangements
Your Profile
- Successfully completed further training as a Certified Fiduciary Expert (or Certified Auditor with a strong fiduciary focus)
- Several years of solid experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector and in client management
- In-depth expertise in the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements according to OR (Swiss GAAP FER advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss tax law for legal entities and individuals
- Strong flair for business contexts and the desire to actively contribute
- Motivated, positive and discreet personality who wishes to take on long-term responsibility
