Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire purchasing process: From internal inventory control to requests for quotes, order confirmations, deadline monitoring, goods receipts, and complaints management – you keep an overview and ensure a smooth process
- Master data maintenance: You create and carefully maintain supplier and article master data
- Supplier management and price negotiations: You take care of our suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and ensure good business relationships
- Exploring new sources of supply: You help to explore new sources of supply and expand our procurement options
- Creating evaluations: You create evaluations that help us optimize our purchasing strategies
Profile
- Education: You have completed training as a merchant or a similar basic training
- IT skills: Very good MS Office skills are a matter of course for you. Experience with SAP or the ERP system SAGE 100 is an advantage
- Work style: Your work style is structured, precise, and efficient
- Negotiation skills: You have high negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
- Language skills: You speak very good German and have good English skills
- Flexibility: Your workplace is in Niederbipp (Tela GmbH), and you are willing to take on assignments in Gretzenbach as well
