Do you like to keep an overview, think ahead, and ensure behind the scenes that everything runs smoothly for our patients and medical staff? For the Anaesthesia and Pain Centre secretariat, we are seeking a personality who, with organisational talent, empathy, and expertise, helps shape our daily practice routine.
Your Challenge
- Organisation and preparation of consultations and therapies for doctors and Pain Nurses
- Reception and care of our patients
- Working with our electronic systems (CGM, Polypoint RAP, PEP, OPALE, lbiCare)
- Service recording and digital document filing
- Preparation of medical reports and general secretarial duties
- Telephone information and coordination
- Opportunity to assist with punctures and infiltrations in Rheumatology
- Opportunity to expand clinical activities, e.g. in Rheumatology
- Mutual holiday cover in the Anaesthesia secretariat
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or FaGe with IT affinity
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good PC user skills
- Organised, independent, and structured working style
- Motivated and proactive personality, characterised by team spirit
