Mission
As Sector Manager, you will play a key role in organising and supporting your team on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities
Actively participate in the service development projects, in close collaboration with the service managerSupervise and lead a team of home care professionalsConduct interviews and ensure close managementMonitor activity: planning, managing replacements, tracking servicesHandle complaints and sensitive client situations by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring user satisfactionGuarantee the quality of care and beneficiary satisfactionPromote the evolution of professional practices to meet new sector challenges (ageing, home support, innovations...)Be a driving force for continuous improvement of organisation and service quality
Profile sought
HES nursing diploma or equivalentManagement certificationSuccessful experience in team management, ideally in the medico-social or health sectorStrong managerial skills: listening, team spirit, ability to uniteOrganisational skills, rigour and autonomyInitiative, proactivity, ability to support changeExcellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientationFlexibility in work time organisationKnowledge of RAI CARE and Carefolio is an assetDriving licence and vehicle essential
