Your area of responsibility
Expert advice to our customers by phone and e-mail
Independent order processing from A to Z: sales, quotation preparation, deadline monitoring, follow-up
Project processing, direct orders at suppliers, complaint handling
Close cooperation with the field service and AVOR/production
Support of exciting customer projects in the area of building envelope & wood
Your profile
Completed training as a carpenter, joiner, or roofer
Ideally experience in internal sales or in an advisory role
Enjoyment of customer contact, organizational talent, and team spirit
Service-oriented personality with a sales flair
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
