Real Estate Trustee (m/f/d), 60% - 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent management of demanding real estate portfolios (rental properties and condominium ownership) including all ancillary tasks such as accounts receivable / accounts payable

• Timely and accurate preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements including owner statements

• Accounting implementation of new properties including control of extraordinary statements

• Value added tax statements

• Monitoring and posting of rent payments as well as debt collection and dunning procedures

• Payment transactions and invoice verification

• Communication with tenants and close cooperation with the property management team

• Operation of the telephone switchboard

• General administrative tasks

You bring with you

• Completed training and further education in the real estate sector with a federal professional certificate as a real estate trustee is mandatory

• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting

• Experience with portfolios of large institutional investors

• Very good German language skills

• Organisational and coordination skills, affinity for numbers

• Independent and structured way of working

• Good knowledge of MS Office
