To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the anesthesia department of HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital for:

Expert nurses in anesthesia care or
Nurses with experience in the recovery room
80-100% – 6-month fixed-term contract

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR,
• work in anesthesia as well as in the recovery room depending on the diploma
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
• evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• title of expert in anesthesia care or confirmed experience in the recovery room
• ability to prioritize and manage unforeseen events
• mastery of the French language with knowledge of German
• proficiency in computer tools
• proactive, dynamic, and flexible attitude
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• rigor, flexibility, and autonomy

• You provide high-quality care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing guidelines of HFR.
• You work, depending on your qualification, in anesthesia and/or in the recovery room.
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team level and with all other employees.
• You assess your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
• You participate in the further development of the department and bring creative solutions.

Profile

• Bachelor of Science FH in nursing or equivalent degree recognized by the SRK
• Dipl. Expert in anesthesia care or proven experience in the recovery room
• Ability to prioritize and handle unforeseen situations
• French with knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of common computer programs
• Proactive and dynamic attitude, flexibility
• Social skills and communication ability
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Precise working method, flexibility, and independence
