Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for the à la carte private patient restaurant "Abalone"
- Ensuring a culinary seasonal offer of high quality
- Responsible for the production of meals for patients, staff and external guests at regulated working hours (day shifts without room hours)
- Consistent adherence to guidelines, processes, hygiene and safety standards, ensuring these and initiating appropriate measures
- Supervision of apprentices as Chef/Cook with Federal VET Diploma according to the specifications of the vocational training supervisors

- Qualified professional with training as Chef/Cook with Federal VET Diploma and several years of experience
- Professional experience in à la carte, hotel and healthcare sectors
- Innovative and creative personality with independent, reliable and structured working style
- Strong professional pride and a high personal standard for own work
- Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of precise work
- Professional conduct in a dynamic environment with various interfaces
