Tasks

Support business areas and subsidiaries during month-end and year-end closing.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage dunning processes.
Assist foreign branches with accounting and VAT issues on a daily basis.

Skills

Completed commercial training with at least 3 years in accounting or a similar role.
Independent, structured work style with a strong team orientation.
Good English and/or French language skills are required.

About the job

Collaboration and support of the business units as well as the foreign subsidiaries in the monthly and annual financial statements
Posting of creditor and debtor invoices and managing dunning processes
Daily tasks such as interface processing, managing bank bookings and payment runs for the foreign subsidiaries
Support for employees at foreign locations (DE and Eastern Europe) in accounting and VAT matters
Taking over deputy roles within the team

Completed commercial basic training with at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or a comparable function
Independent, structured way of working as well as pronounced team and service orientation
Good user knowledge of MS Office programs; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
Good English and/or French skills in spoken and written form
Flexibility, willingness to learn and enjoyment of a dynamic, international working environment
