Polymechanic – Maintenance with Development Opportunities
Tasks
- Independent execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work on modern production facilities
- Early detection, analysis, and sustainable resolution of faults to ensure high equipment availability
- Initiation and implementation of optimisation projects to improve processes and workflows
- Active collaboration with various specialist departments to promote open communication and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession with relevant expertise
- Willingness to undertake early and on-call shifts for 3–5 weeks annually to ensure equipment availability
- Structured and independent working style as well as quick comprehension of new technologies and tasks
- Open, communicative, and goal-oriented personality with enjoyment of teamwork and taking responsibility
- Very good German language skills and a category B driving licence for flexible assignments on site and at the company
