Team Leader Assembly Night Shift (100%)
- Personnel and professional leadership of several assembly groups (approx. 15 people)
- Productive work in the lines, setup, logistics
- Responsibility for performance, quality and motivation of the subordinate employees
- Reporting of production orders
- Capacity and personnel deployment planning in coordination with the department manager
- Ensuring availability and functionality of facilities and equipment
- Monitoring quality, deadlines and delivered services as well as workflows
- Change and optimisation work
- Enforcement of occupational safety regulations as well as compliance with order and cleanliness
- Technical vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, electromechanic or a similar technical education
- Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in assembly
- High problem-solving skills and pronounced social competence, goal- and performance-oriented working style
- Very good German skills (at least level C1)
- Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
- First aid training or willingness to complete such training
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- High self-motivation and empathy, combined with a strong quality awareness
- Enjoyment of active participation in assembly and logistics tasks
