The Data Management and Billing department is responsible for the complete and high-quality procurement and processing of energy data from over 300,000 production facilities throughout Switzerland. With this reliable data basis, it makes an important contribution to promoting renewable energy production.

Your areas of responsibility:
What you will achieve:

• Central point of contact: At Pronovo, you are an important contact person for both distribution network operators and the Federal Office of Energy (FOE) when it comes to energy data and their evaluations.
• Continuous development: You analyse and optimise existing processes, identify potential improvements, and design workflows efficiently, customer-oriented, and with high quality standards. As an interface between business and IT, you understand the business needs, formulate clear requirements from them, and accompany their implementation in close collaboration with IT.
• Reporting and analyses: You create and optimise existing statistics, evaluations, and reports and develop new solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational responsibility: About half of your work involves operational tasks. You ensure the quality of our energy data, clarify deviations and errors promptly in cooperation with our suppliers, and ensure high data quality in our energy data management system Siloveda through careful master data management. Through your operational work, you are close to customers and processes and recognise optimisation potential directly in daily work.
  

Your profile:

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master level) in the field of environment, energy, technology, or technical training related to energy topics, ideally with commercial further education and comparable professional experience
• You have very good Excel skills and enjoy analysing data, recognising connections, and finding suitable solutions even for complex issues.
• You bring experience in process design and optimisation.
• You enjoy working with different customer and stakeholder groups and convince with your strong communication skills and audience-appropriate communication.
• You are a strong team player with analytical and interconnected thinking, work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented, and like to contribute your own ideas to actively shape and drive improvements.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills. French skills are a great plus; knowledge of another national language is advantageous.

Experience in the energy sector and in standardised data exchange as well as knowledge of the energy data management system Siloveda are advantageous. We also welcome applications from career changers who impress with solid methodological knowledge, high willingness to learn, and great commitment.
