Responsibilities
- Professional supervision and coordination of 3 employees
- Ensuring smooth operation of rotary polishing machines (vibratory finishing systems) as well as the washing system
- Monitoring compliance with quality regulations and conducting quality checks on products
- Initiating and implementing appropriate intervention and corrective measures in case of quality deviations
- Monitoring, analysing, and continuously improving production processes in collaboration with production and department management as well as suppliers
- Training, coaching, and promoting employees
- Creating and maintaining work instructions and process documentation
- Documenting processes according to ISO 9001
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and occupational safety within the area of responsibility
- Active participation in day-to-day operational business
Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), preferably as a polymechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ, or in a comparable profession
- Further training as a process specialist or production specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of rotary polishing or vibratory finishing processes with a solid understanding of the process or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Very high quality awareness and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
- Strong hands-on mentality with enjoyment of active participation in production
- Experience in professional leadership or coordination of employees is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
