Your role:

For our building law and spatial development department, we are looking for a versatile personality who independently handles building applications, from preliminary examination to building law decision, on behalf of the municipalities we support.

Depending on your interests, exciting tasks in municipal spatial planning (framework and land-use planning, design plans, etc.) may also be part of your work area.

What to expect from us:

• Participation in advising municipal building administrations on building and planning issues (with the possibility of independently managing a municipal mandate)
• Building law examination of building applications as well as handling related questions

Basic training / experience:

• Training in the field of "Architecture" (e.g. as a draughtsperson EFZ, architect FH/ETH) or in public administration (preferably with activities in the building authority) or
• Studies in law (such as lic. iur., Bachelor, Master) or
• Professional experience in Zurich planning and building law

You bring with you:
