These activities excite you
- Processing telephone and written customer inquiries in German and French
- Answering customer inquiries regarding the various possibilities of licensing music
- Acquisition discussions for new customer acquisition
- Maintenance and modification of master data
- Complaint management
- Conducting research work
This is what sets you apart
- Successfully completed commercial training with at least 3-5 years of professional experience
- Further training in customer service, inbound, outbound is an advantage
- Essentially several years of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound)
- Very good German skills as well as secure French skills (at least level B2)
- Committed, precise, and conscientious working style
- Independent, team-oriented, and resilient personality, who remains calm even in hectic times in an open-plan office.
- Agile personality that is open to change
