For our client from the Wangen region, we are looking to support with a

Polymechanic - CAM/CNC Programming (m/f/d) 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Programming, setting up and monitoring CNC machines and production equipment
• Optimising CNC programmes and manufacturing processes
• Ensuring the defined production process and validating new process steps
• Manufacturing prototypes as well as small and medium series
• Conducting quality controls according to GMP and supporting general quality control
• Programming and operating the laser machine and sandblasting equipment
• Assisting in the optimisation of production processes
• Adhering to and implementing quality requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR Performing maintenance work on machines and production equipment

Your profile:

• Completed mechanical vocational training, e.g. as a polymechanic or production mechanic
• Experience as a CNC mechanic
• Experience in CAM programming and with Fanuc controls
• Knowledge of machining technology, ideally in medical technology
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
• Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems
• Independent and efficient working style as well as technical interest
