As a member of our Datacenter Operations team, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art and highly available data centre in this exciting and forward-looking position.
With professionalism and great responsibility, you will monitor and provide first intervention for our mission-critical systems in a 24/7 shift operation.
Your area of responsibility
- Active monitoring of various supply technology systems for functionality and values
- Inspections of building technology systems using checklists
- Escalating and coordinating the technical 2nd and 3rd levels
- Accompanying and supervising third parties inside and outside the buildings
- Collaboration with other technical teams
- Control and security rounds (both internal and external checks)
- Performing administrative tasks (documentation, etc.)
Your skills
- Completed (technical) basic training desirable and technical affinity
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Enjoyment of communication and ability to recognise connections
- Willingness to work shifts (24/7)
- Fluent German and good English skills (communication in English must be possible)
- Impeccable character (debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
- Mobility is required (driving licence and own vehicle available)
