What are the tasks awaiting you?
- You are responsible for the monthly payroll runs, account reconciliations in payroll accounting, and perform year-end tasks
- You are responsible for the entire administration in the area of social insurance
- You manage our time tracking tools and monitor absences, balances, and perform year-end tasks
- You are the first point of contact for inquiries in your area of responsibility for our employees in all language regions
- You support HR administration in daily work with recording mutations, entries and exits, training, etc.
- You actively contribute to making all HR processes future-proof
What profile do you bring?
We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on personality with a lot of motivation, drive, and joy in actively developing processes and workflows. At the same time, you work very carefully and responsibly – because you know that every detail counts in payroll accounting. You skillfully juggle between detail orientation and pragmatism and know when which focus is required. Additionally, we want someone who remains calm, composed, and solution-oriented in hectic situations, acts as a team player, and enjoys the job.
Ideally, you bring the following professional qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education in the area of salaries, social insurance, or as an HR specialist
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of Abacus
- Experience with L-GAV is an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and a strong affinity for digital tools
- Confident German (spoken & written), French and/or Italian skills are a big plus
