The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with various catering establishments and a centrally located accommodation facility. The group includes the 3*-Superior Hotel Berchtold, the Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy Bar B5 to be, and the Bistro B5.

To complement our housekeeping team, we are looking for a warm, committed, and responsible individual as Team Leader Housekeeping.

Your Tasks

As a team leader, you are an important part of our housekeeping team. You actively participate daily in operational work and perform the same cleaning tasks as your team colleagues. At the same time, you keep an overview of the team’s processes and, together with your employees, ensure a smooth daily routine.

Your tasks include:

• Cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms as well as all public areas
• Maintenance, basic, and specialised cleaning
• Quality controls and inspection rounds
• Ensuring compliance with our hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Proper use of cleaning products, machines, and work equipment
• Organisation of a smooth workflow in housekeeping
• Coordination of daily work assignments
• Creation of duty and holiday schedules
• Contact person for the housekeeping team and support of employees in daily work
• Close cooperation with reception and other departments

Your Profile

You are a motivated individual who enjoys the profession and likes to get involved personally. At the same time, you have the necessary leadership experience to organise, support, and lead a team to success. You bring with you:

• Several years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Leadership experience in housekeeping or a comparable role
• An independent, structured, and reliable working style
• A warm, appreciative, and responsible demeanour
• Organisational talent and a high awareness of quality
• Very good spoken German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
