For our location in Zug, we are looking for a group leader for the infant group (3 months to approx. 3 years) & area manager (80-100% workload) starting June 2026 or by arrangement.

Your main tasks: 
•Responsibility for children aged 3 months until kindergarten entry
•Goal-oriented and constructive work according to our pedagogical concept
•Designing daily activities according to the weekly program
•Responsibility for compliance with concepts (hygiene concept, safety/emergency concept)
•Responsible for the Nido area in the absence of the site manager
•Responsibility for the care, condition, and completeness of play materials as well as for •care and order of the premises
•Active and professional collaboration with parents, employees, site management, and executive management
•Co-responsibility in planning/implementation of excursions/forest days, acclimatization
•Administrative tasks

Your profile: 
•Federal diploma as a childcare/education specialist (e.g., FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification
•Loving interaction with children
