To complement our team, we are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:

Operator fully automatic heat treatment plant

Operator EFZ | Production mechanic EFZ | Mechatronics practitioner EBA | or equivalent technical training

Tasks

• Independent operation of our fully automatic heat treatment plant of the latest generation in a two-person team on a rotation basis
• Independent, optimal assembly of hardening batches in baskets using setup plans, scheduling the hardening batches via plant control
• Unloading of hardening batches
• Managing charging and consumable materials
• Laboratory work with hardness tests, sample preparations, hardness profile measurements and microstructure examinations using the latest testing equipment and microscopes
• Documentation and evaluation of test results and process data (digital)
• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance work
• Willingness to work 2-shift operation 05:00 – 13:30 – 22:00 (40-hour week)

Requirements

• Training in the metal industry preferred
• Experience in heat treatment and hardness testing advantageous
• Very high quality awareness, as integrated in automotive quality management system (IATF 16949)
• Proactive, physically resilient, enduring and precise working
• Confident handling of MS Office 365 (Word, EXCEL)
• Reliable, committed team player
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
