We are looking for you as a member of the management team:
Head: Life in Old Age/Nursing Service Management | 80 - 100%
We offer you
- Overall responsibility for the management of the Life in Old Age residential groups with 140 residents and 150 employees including Medical Centre and night service
- Participation in strategy development and further development of the offerings in Frienisberg
- Ensuring and implementing the nursing mandate according to the specifications of Frienisberg as well as the GSI operating licence
- Coordination of the resident process in collaboration with all professionals involved in care, support and treatment including bed disposition and transfers in the area
- Responsibility for nursing quality as nursing service management across all residential groups (also for the Life with Disabilities area)
- Coordination of stakeholders such as nursing doctor, podiatry, medical service and pharmacy
- Deputising for the Head of Life with Disabilities, 120 residents with IV
- Contemporary personnel deployment planning and implementation of skill and grade mix
- Professional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- A large scope for design in a future-oriented environment
You are
- A convincing leader with solid practical experience in long-term care or a comparable environment and have further training in leadership/management
- A qualified nurse with several years of professional experience, ideally complemented by a master’s degree
- Experienced in developing strategies and successfully implementing projects
- Clear and transparent in your communication as well as empathetic, loyal, appreciative and team-oriented
- Open to new ideas and motivated to actively shape the future of Frienisberg
