As a Project Manager Plasterer, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of plastering projects. You work closely with clients and craftsmen to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Job Description

• Planning and coordination of plastering projects, including the preparation of cost estimates and work schedules
• Coordination of material deliveries and craftsmen on site
• Supervision of the construction site to ensure all work is carried out according to specifications
• Responsibility for employee safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, including advising on plaster and render coatings as well as decorative work
• Billing and financial control of the project, including budget monitoring and invoicing
• Leadership and training of employees

Job Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in project management within the plastering trade
• Good knowledge of processing plaster, render, and other materials as well as the application of decorative plaster and stucco work
• Understanding of occupational safety regulations and ability to comply with them
• Experience in customer service and staff management
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Category B driving licence
