The Competence Center for Social Innovation (CSI-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen researches, develops, and supports social innovations that contribute to solving concrete societal challenges.
Our goal is to promote effective approaches that enable changes in business, government, and civil society.
We create spaces for cross-sector collaboration and connect scientific insights with practical implementation.
To this end, we carry out projects in research, continuing education, and innovation and support actors in working together towards sustainable societal transformation.
Your tasks
- You will be part of a committed team in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
- Your focus will be on collaborating in the continuing education team – especially in program and participant management as well as marketing externally via social media, performance marketing, and events.
- In addition, you will support practical projects and actively contribute to the strategic development of our network with innovative companies.
- There are also opportunities for content-related connections to research projects, especially in the fields of leadership and innovation in society, sustainable transformation, and co-creation.
Your profile
- Very well completed university degree (Master), preferably in business administration (innovation management), economics, or industrial engineering (grade 5.0 or better according to the CH system / 2.0 or better according to the DE system).
- Solid knowledge in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, or sustainability; initial practical experience is an advantage.
- Experience with social media, performance marketing, as well as interest in automation and modern AI tools.
- Enjoyment in organization and implementation, high initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
