Introduction

Do you want to manage real estate independently and maintain direct contact with tenants and owners?

For our client, an established company in the real estate sector, we are looking for a committed and independent individual as a Real Estate Management Employee 60-100% (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for a diverse real estate portfolio and actively contribute to successful management.

Tasks

• Co-responsibility for managing a portfolio of rental and condominium properties
• Contact person for tenants, owners, caretakers, craftsmen and external partners
• Organisation and execution of rental activities as well as ensuring the preservation of the properties' value
• Handling all administrative tasks from contract management to apartment inspections and handovers
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and renovation work
• Preparation, execution and minute-taking of condominium owners' meetings
• Support with heating and ancillary cost accounting as well as annual financial statements and other accounting tasks

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Further education in the real estate sector, ideally with a federal professional certificate
• Experience in managing rental and condominium properties
• Confident handling of common real estate management software is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
• Organisational talent, assertiveness and pronounced social skills
