Property Manager including Accounting 60 - 80 %

The following area of responsibility you will take on:

• You accompany the entire rental process from viewings to inspections and handovers
• You prepare rental contracts and are the direct contact person for the tenants
• You independently manage the property accounting as well as the financial accounting and additionally prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
• If desired, you can also actively contribute to the initial rental and sale of an apartment, thus bringing fresh wind into your working day
• General correspondence concerning management and accounting matters

The following qualifications you can demonstrate:

• Several years of professional experience in property management and real estate accounting (mandatory)
• Completed further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate (mandatory)
• Experience with the operating system Rimo R5 is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Winning and upbeat personality
