Our client, schärli bättig partner ag, is a small, refined and committed consulting firm located in the centre of Lucerne. Their client focus is on medical practices and regional SMEs. In the area of fiduciary services, we are looking for an independent, communicative and implementation-strong professional to responsibly support clients as a sparring partner in mandate management.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive support of clients in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll and taxes 
• Active supportive consulting in business management and entrepreneurship
• Co-responsibility for annual financial statements with reporting
• Active participation in projects, processes, digitalisation and AI activities
• Exchange with mandate managers, partners, colleagues

Your profile

• Professional basic training with further education at fiduciary, accounting, social insurance level with a federal diploma or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector with client responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct and existing client contact
• Open to further development in your own professional field
• German: confident style (C2)
