Specialist in Pension Fund (50 or 60%)

for the insured persons administration

Your area of responsibility: After targeted induction, you will look after your own customer and insured group and be responsible for:

• Advising customers and insured persons on all pension fund matters
• Processing and handling all pension cases of active insured persons (including special cases such as WEF and divorces)
• Offer management, drafting plan amendments as well as contract administration for affiliated companies
• Preparing contribution invoices
• Telephone and written contact with customers and insured persons
• Ensuring deputising within the team
• Assisting with the technical year-end closing and in projects

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Ideally further training in the field of occupational benefits or social insurance (federal diploma)
• Professional experience in pension fund administration
• Good knowledge of French; additional knowledge of Italian is an advantage
