You work 100% in Zug and partially remote
This position offers you
- You are responsible for recording, maintaining, and continuously updating our customer data, such as changes to existing data, opening new customer master records, and ensuring data quality in our system
- By applying for and processing credit reports, you support a sound creditworthiness check in the sales process
- You answer telephone inquiries from our customers as well as from internal departments, the field service, and other stakeholders; you also process and distribute internal mail
- In case of daily operational issues, you take on the initial clarification and coordination and thus actively contribute to finding solutions – in collaboration with specialist departments and interfaces
- As part of system adjustments and further developments, you test new release updates and ensure that functions are implemented as desired and designed to be user-friendly
- You share responsibility for maintaining and updating our business portal for our customers; you support users with technical or content-related questions with a clear focus on high service quality
What you bring to the position
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Your expertise in customer administration combined with your sales skills and your open personality make you the perfect person for this role
- You handle IT applications such as MS Office, SAP, and CRM confidently and efficiently and already have several years of practical experience with them
- Thanks to your quick comprehension and your service-oriented and clear communication, you succeed in conveying suitable solutions understandably and appropriately for various challenges
- You communicate fluently in German to exchange yourself confidently in everyday professional life
