Product Sales Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

As part of the development of our international activities, we are looking for a Product Sales Manager for the USA and UK/Ireland markets, with a main focus on the MedTech sector. The position is carried out in close collaboration with local subsidiaries.

Your missions

By taking charge of the following activities, you will be able to develop your potential and contribute to our success:

• Close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers and local subsidiaries (USA & UK/Ireland)
• Participation in the selection of local distributors and agents
• Preparation of offers and support for negotiations
• Conducting joint customer visits with local teams
• Analysis of customer needs, particularly in the MedTech environment
• Coordination and follow-up of test cuts and technical demonstrations
• Product training and support for local sales teams
• Contribution to commercial management and forecasting

Your expertise

• Technician training (machine tools, engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in machine tools and good knowledge of the MedTech market
• Analysis of customer needs and sale of customized solutions
• Comfortable in an international and matrix environment
• Excellent communicator, customer and solution oriented
• Languages: Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
• Mobility: Availability for regular travel, about 15 weeks per year (USA, UK/Ireland)
