Sous Chef / Deputy Host: Restaurant Fräkmüntegg 100%
For our lively self-service restaurant at Fräkmüntegg with a stunning view, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who creates culinary experiences, gladly takes responsibility, and represents our host.
What you can achieve
- Deputising and supporting the host in personnel recruitment, planning and management, as well as in the training and supervision of apprentices
- Managing a kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place, and serving food to guests
- Preparing daily and banquet menus as well as special culinary offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hat, etc.)
- Contributing to the further development of the food and beverage offerings
- Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and ordering processes
- Mostly day shifts without overnight duties
What sets you apart
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Completed training as a chef EFZ, professional experience in various kitchen stations is an advantage
- Initial experience in team leadership
- Very good German skills and good spoken English skills
- Creativity in shaping the menu offerings
- Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
