Your main tasks include
- Operational procurement of assigned product groups
- Management of purchasing master data and maintenance of supplier conditions in the ERP
- Monitoring and coordination of order confirmations and delivery dates
- Handling administrative clerical tasks
- Operating the telephone switchboard and looking after the reception area
You bring with you
- Experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
- Interest in technical products
- Open and communicative personality
- Quick comprehension, reliable and efficient working style
- Proficient language skills in German and English
- Solid IT knowledge (MS Office / ERP)
