What you will do here

Collaborate in the SNSF research project " Gender Equality in Social Assistance? ": conduct field research (interviews, observations, focus groups), data analysis with MaxQDA (discourse analysis), publish and present
If needed and suitable, later collaborate in further application-oriented research projects
Contribute to the Bachelor's degree program (supervise student work and practical assignments) and conduct teaching units in the Bachelor's program

What you ideally bring

Master's degree in Social Work or Social Sciences (Gender Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Ethnology, etc.); ongoing dissertation desired
Professional experience in the field of Social Work
Knowledge in qualitative data collection and analysis
Initial experience in publications / conference contributions
Very good German skills / English and French in spoken and written form (at least level B1)
First experience in university teaching or willingness to acquire it, including appropriate further training in higher education didactics
Willingness to develop a profile in university teaching and research and actively shape your own development
