Line Operator / Assistant Line Operator for Packaging Machines (m/f) 100%

Your Tasks

• Executing and supervising the assigned production orders in compliance with the specified manufacturing instructions
• GMP-compliant documentation of ongoing packaging processes
• Performing IPC checks
• Operating simple devices (e.g. labeller)
• Resolving minor malfunctions and short stops on the machine
• Managing manual packaging and simple rework
• Carrying out material bookings in the ERP system SAP
• Monitoring orders and material situation in cooperation with the production office
• Responsible for meeting time and quantity targets while adhering to cleanroom and GMP requirements with support from line management
• Responsible for training new operational staff on the line and leading, supervising, instructing, and promoting assigned permanent and temporary employees

Our Requirements

• Experience as a line operator or assistant line operator on packaging machines (packaging, labelling, and coding) in the area of bottles/cans, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food environment (GMP environment)
• Organisational talent with assertiveness
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and occasional Saturdays
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience with serialisation is an advantage
